After graduating in Cultural Heritage, Irene began working for an agency dedicated to promoting the region through its cultural assets. Though this being her primary job, she had always been drawn to the world of nutrition and the sensorial analysis of any type of food. In 2016 Irene embarked on her SCA training and entered the coffee industry, becoming a coffee taster. 

In 2018, after various fixed-term contracts, Irene decided she wanted to change her career path and build something of her own; after almost a year of planning, she opened the new business on November, 26th 2018. Today, she continues to study the sensory aspects of coffee as a coffee taster and will soon qualify as a chocolate taster as well.

After completing his studies at an agricultural institute, Raimondo gained experience working in bars and cafés - first as a bartender (where he competed in and won several competitions) and later as a barista.  A turning point came in 2010 when he began working for a coffee roaster as a sales agent for the southeastern part of Trentino. It was there that he first encountered the SCA and embarked on his professional training, going on to participate in competitions focused on brewing - his favourite discipline. A major milestone in his SCA journey came in 2018 when he officially became an Authorized SCA Trainer (AST); a year later, he joined the panel of judges for Italian SCA competitions. Today, he is a prominent Italian figure in the field of brewing and I Druper Coffee’s head roaster.
