The sweet and honey notes are perceivable also in the first sip, where hints of grapes and apple contribute to create a complex but balanced profile, enriched by a cocoa finish. Once the temperature of the cup decreases, the sweet and floral notes, in fact, leave room for the dark chocolate. Its acidity is low and balanced.
